Who presides at remote broadcasting locations?

I haven't been able to find the answer in Church published literature, so I'm looking here for a little help. When we webcast stake conference, who is to preside at each location? Is there a Church policy regarding the matter? We are wondering who will verify the sustainings in each location or is that even necessary?

There is a related thread with some discussion here: https://tech.lds.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=16764

However, for stake conference I believe the Stake President assigns the person they chose to preside at the satellite location.

Though not specifically answering your question, there is also related information here: https://www.lds.org/help/support/webcas ... s?lang=eng

That is correct. He will usually assign a high councilor to report back that the business was heard and the results of the vote. In our broadcasts, he is also authorized to actually read and conduct the stake business if that part of the webcast is lost for some reason.
