We have a new ward starting up. They have a computer to setup. Can someone help me with the following.

1. The current version of MLS and a link please.
2. We need to merge members from 5 other wards in the stake into this new ward (Spanish). How is the best way to accomplish that? Is the merging completed in SLC?

I'd suggest having those wards follow the procedure for a "boundary realignment". While move-in/move-out will work, it will require re-entering the address/phone number for each family. Boundary moves preserve the existing information.
