I am not able to sign into MLS, my password no longer works since our leadership has changed. I am still branch clerk.

That shouldn't have anything to do with it.efossum wrote:my password no longer works since our leadership has changed.
Assuming we're talking about the program that runs on the clerk's computer, what might have happened is that you ignored the requirement to change your password and now require someone else with admin access to MLS to get you back in.

I’m not able to sign in either. I’m Stake Clerk. My ward clerks can’t sign in either. Anything we are overlooking? LCR and church main website are no problem.

Re: MLS sign in
The MLS login is unrelated to any web page login.
Recently, a new requirement came out that anyone with finance access had to change their MLS password every few months. Failure to do that would result in a lock out. I suspect it's related to your problem.

Makes sense, but I did not see a notification! Where was this notification posted? Do I just contact global service center to get it restored?

Yes. If I'm right, the only other alternative is to find two other MLS users, one of them an MLS admin to rest your password.losjense wrote:Do I just contact global service center to get it restored?

It is, but you may have to hold the proper calling to do so.stevekuw wrote:Mls 's not available to download.

Re: MLS sign in
Regarding 'notification', when you login with an expired password, you are told at that login that you need to get a new one. You can log in either twice or thrice with the 'old' password, then you are locked out.
