Recording blessing in MLS

Does anyone out there know how to record a new BIRTH and print their blessing certificate from MLS or does it have to be done at the Clerk's Office site?? Thanks
Did you mean to ask about recording a birth (creating a new membership record for a newborn) and printing a blessing certificate from LCR (from home) vs. using MLS at the clerk's office?
