MLS user problem

Our clerk computer does not recognize any user. Cannot log in to MLS for tithing submission. Situation is unchanged for 2 weeks. The internet will allow me to log in to Chrome, LDS.org, so it is not an internet access issue, rather seems to be MLS only. No users come up under the search box.
