Bishopric Member Not Appearing in MLS

So the first counselor in our bishopric is show on lds.org LCR as being in our ward ( as an out of unit member) but doesn't show as being in the ward on MLS. The 2nd counselor does appear however. Anyone have any clue how to fix this?

When was added? This might be one of those "wait 24 hour" things.
And of course, you have to do a send/receive for the data to come down.

It was July 31st. Originally, his records were inside the ward, we moved it out so that his records properly showed out-of-unit and that is when he disappeared off MLS. We've checked send/receive changes, etc.

Oh. Normally moving people out triggers an auto-release. If he was moved out and then returned as a out of unit member, that might have confused the computers.
I'd suggest doing a unit data refresh on MLS.
