Newest MLS update won't let open "Enter Expenses" window

Hello, this morning our MLS apps were automatically updated to the newest version. Our clerks have run into a bug when the "Enter Expenses" window won't open. All other links/windows in the Expenses section open OK. Any ideas how to fix this bug?
