Understood, however, many things in the thread indicate issues that are more serious than just mls not installing. Still running Windows 7 - running out of disk space (is this computer even official?). Either there isn't an STS in place, or the ward clerk doesn't know to engage that person. I find it interesting that we apparently are able to find this tech board, but choose not to engage an STS, again, I'm just saying all these things are fishy to me.

I am having the same problem as described above. I haven't been able to log in for almost 2 months now. Stake Clerk and Stake Tech specialist have been notified. They are baffled. I sent a request through the FIR app and was just directed to Global servives' phone number. I've followed other similar fix suggestions just short of reinstalling MLS.....I'm not messing with that b/c I'm not that savvy. I've also just enlisted the help of some very tech savvy member friends, one of which sent me here. ?????????????

If your having problems with MLS, downloading a current copy and doing a install over top frequently fixes things. If that doesn't work, a call to Global Services is the next step - but the people you need to talk to probably won't be in until Utah working hours.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
