Hello again, I am a district clerk and I am trying to update member's calling info in MLS/LCR. She's been released from a district calling today, which in MLS/LCR falls under the "custom callings" category. Looks like there's no way to remove this calling, there's no "remove" link (neither under district nor under branch level). Maybe I am not allowed to change this calling info as a district clerk? Can you help me, please

The screen shot you provided is of MLS. It's no longer used for callings. You need to use LCR.

Here's LCR screenshot for the same person. As you can see there's no "edit" button for the custom calling in question. How do I remove this custom calling from this member's record?

Look under Callings by Organization > Other Callings and see if the calling is listed there. If it's not, it was probably entered as a calling on the branch level.

The calling is listed on the branch level. Still I should be able to edit it, shouldn't I?

No, only someone in the branch presidency or a branch clerk can edit callings on the branch level.
