I am a bit embarrassed but I cannot find the Sealing Cancelation form in the MLS or online under Leader & Clerk Resources. Since most reports are moving online I'm wondering if only certain people (like Bishop and Stake President) would have access or visibility to it. Could someone help me find where this form would be either in MLS or under LCR? Thanks.

The last time I looked in LCR, the Application to the First Presidency (shown in the Access table) was only accessible to branch presidents, bishops, and stake presidents. I have commented that this creates a big challenge for clerks.

That's what I saw too. So I shared it with the Bishop (I'm the Stake Exec Secretary). He said he looked there but didn't see it. I think I'll have him check again.

Make sure he knows he is looking for the Application to the First Presidency form. There is no separate Sealing Cancellation form.

Thank you. That is what we found. I went to his office and we looked at it together.

So people are aware where the form "Application to the First Presidency" is located.
1. Go to https://www.lds.org/lcr and login
2. Click "Membership " tab/category
3. Find the category "Confidential" and select "Application to First Presidency"
4. Your there

You have to be the bishop or stake president to get there, however. Even a ward or stake clerk does not have access to the form, according to the access table.
