prospect elder shows up twice on high priest list

A prospective elder is showing up twice for the high priests. The screen shot is of the member's record showing which organization they're assigned to. I tried the "reset organization" button but that didn't help. I want to assign this individual to the EQ but when I do that, he ends up on both the HP and EQ lists.
