Ward Split MLS Password issue

Ward Split MLS Password issue

My ward recently split. I was the financial clerk now the ward clerk. The bishop and I are the only ones with Admin to add the new counselors and new clerks. The problem is my bishop doesn't remember his MLS password. What do I do?

You may have to contact support on Monday.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I imagine you can make anyone an "Admin" in MLS (e.g. bishopric counselors, exec sec, or even the EQP), and he could help you reset the bishop's password. After the reset, you can then remove/disable the account or just remove the Admin privileges.

Changing the account information for a finance authorizer requires two finance authorizers to approve the change. You can try drepouille's suggestion, but I suspect a call to support is in your future.
