I had checked the box in the donation settings that the ward doesn't need to print my records several months ago but have not received their 2017 tax receipts yet, and several members in my ward report the same thing to me.
They were not in the batch generated in January (as I expected) but I expected that we would be able to log on to out account at lds.org and under donations get it from the same place where the donations statements are, but they are not there. Have they not been generated yet? Are they being delivered by email or snail mail instead? Please clarify what the process and timelines are for this.
