We go low tech and list it in the weekly bulletin the two or three weeks before the 4th week. We list the full five/six month TFOT schedule on the bottom of Branch Council agendas so all the leadership is on the same schedule. Our stake lists the RS/Priesthood lesson schedule on the website so we can't insert our own TFOT lessons.

Our stake presidency determines the next six months' worth of TFOT within a couple of weeks of General Conference. They are posted in the Lessons section of LUWS with a pdf version also being sent to Relief Society and priesthood leaders.

The New Calendar Might Help

One thing you may be able to use is the description field of events in the new calendar. This field is a free text field in which you could paste the URL of the talk or resource to be used in the lesson.
