For those of you looking for the April 2019 General Conference in New Experience format, here's a URL that will get you there:

The General Conference link off the main page takes you to the Old Experience (which hasn't been working properly for a while, so I didn't want to use it):
https://www.lds.org/general-conference

The New Experience general conference page doesn't have the April 2019 conference listed yet. I imagine it will appear soon.
