When I attempt to down load any of my Gospel Library notes (28 notes) from Android or Windows 10 or MAC. I get corrupt docx - 8kb or 1kb - XML or rtf 1kb files. We get the same results on another LDS accounts.

I don't have time to search right now, but I vaguely remember some previous posts about corrupt downloads. I don't remember if a solution was found or not. There are many things that have been broken for years. The church is apparently working in this area at the moment, which can also lead to unpredictable results.
