Highlights don't show online

I thought all of my highlights and notes (which show fine on phone and Ipad) would also show on the lds.org scriptures. They don't, I am logged in but all I see are normal, unmarked scriptures. Is there some setting or something I need to change?

Are you logged in with the same LDS Account on your iPad, iPhone, and LDS.org?

Also, when you're online, look to see if the "Study Tools" toolbar at the bottom of the page shows Study Tools is enabled (there's a checkbox).
