Digital scriptures
I need to be able to highlight the confrence talks I like to copy but I want to highlight the Ensign artiles and paragraphs.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but if you're logged in with your LDS account, you can take notes and make highlights. I believe the study tools are only available in the English versions at the moment; you didn't mention if you're looking for it in another language.
