Setting Up new account for ONLINE DONATION
I would like to create an account for online donation and for some reason there's no link, tab or something where I can create my account I followed all the steps mentioned in the HELP tab but it didn't do any good. I wonder if paying online donation is available in the Philippines. I really would love to pay my donations online but it is not happening.

The account is the same as your existing lds account. There is no separate login for donations. If going to donations.lds.org doesn't work, then it's probably not available in your country.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
