1) Is this a US bank (I'm assuming you're in the US)?
2) If you're looking at a check, make sure you're not adding the check number to your bank number.
3) If you're looking at a card, that may not be a checking account number but a credit-card like number that's linked to your account.

Bank routing numbers in the US are nine digits long. Check to make sure that you aren't putting the account number in the field intended for the routing number.smackfam5 wrote:I'm having trouble setting up the donation site.
