Why are my electronic notifications of donation receipts, showing one week that I belong to my present Branch and then the next week show an old Ward I belonged to? Seems to be alternating.
The Last Ward Clerk that transferred our records had problems doing it and now can't help and the old Ward that is displayed is not even that Ward Clerk's Ward!
Sorry to be so confusing, which is what We are, as my husband's records are showing the same problem!
Do hope someone can assist us.

I think the best thing to do in this situation is to work with your branch clerk and make sure your membership records are actually in the branch. Once your records are securely in the branch, the donation information should settle down and show the correct location.
