Record of a donation I never made?

I was just paying my tithing today, and saw in my donation history a tithing payment I never made. It was a rather large amount, and it says it was recorded to an old singles ward I haven't been in for over four years. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not sure what to do about this.

I would contact the clerk of the old singles ward. It is possible that they selected the wrong donor record when posting the donation.
