In trying to get my tax statement for tithing, I clicked on Membership, but nothing happens. I tried to open it in another tab and the same page was shown. What is wrong?

Go to https://www.lds.org/donations/
Click on Donor Statements

You need to go to https://lds.org/donations to see the tithing statement.

Found the tax statement, but there are no options to print?
Any suggestions?

The statement is a PDF. When you open it, it will either be in your browser or a PDF reader (depending on how you choose to open it and how your system is set up). It's then up to your browser or your PDF reader application to print it. Both of those should have standard features for printing.

If you are still having difficulty printing, please report back just how you are viewing the PDF (in which browser, or in which PDF reader) and we'll try to help.

At the Donations page click on Donor Statements. Open a statement by clicking the "Official US Tax Statement" button and where it says "Select Statement Type:" select the year. Then click the blue "Generate Statement" button. In the section titled "Generated Statements" will be a hyperlink to a PDF document titled "Official US Tax Statement ([year]) for the year you have selected. Click that to open the document. Since it is a PDF document you should be able to print it.

When I click my statement I get the PDF document displayed in a new tab because I have set my browser options to display it that way. From there I just click the print icon to print it. Depending on how you have your browser set up to display hyperlinked documents will determine what happens after you click the hyperlinked document.

My 2016 tithing statement

I also cannot access this. Does it work for Australia? I received an error about having a valid email address. Checked my lds account and there is a verified email address.

Any ideas?

Different countries have different requirements. I would suggest working with your ward clerk to see what options are available to you. He will also be able to help you contact the Global Service Center if there is something that should be available but is not working properly.

It's not showing up in your forum account. Did you check at ldsaccount.lds.org?
