The French scriptures (BoM, D&C, PGP) don't have audio translations available. It's been >10 years! Could the church coordinate with the vineyard volunteer process to invite native French speakers to read small portions of the books?
There's a fairly successful site that does this for public domain books called librivox. The results aren't the best, but they're much better than nothing!
