Limit on viewing stake conference webcast in homes?

#1

Post by lancer »

We have stake conference this weekend and will be doing a webcast to another building. We will have some members who will be viewing from home since they are homebound. My question is - Is there a limited number of people who can view on personal devices? Previous stake tech person mention that it was limited to 10 but I cannot find anything on the support site for this. Just wanting to know if there is any limit. We will not be having many but always good to know if we have a few more members needing this option.

Thanks for any answers

There used to be a section on the webcast portal when scheduling an event where you needed to specify a range of how many connection including remote sites that you would need.
The new service is now scalable so does not ask this anymore.

Just a friendly reminder that any extra connections to your webcast needs approval of the conference's presiding authority.
So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.
