Cannot make highlights in the new Come Follow Me manual for New Testament

Cannot make highlights in the new Come Follow Me manual for New Testament
I just downloaded the new Come Follow Me manual for the New Testament and I cannot make any highlights. Any suggestions?

I have the Windows 10 operating system. A few of the paragraphs allow me to make highlights.

Do you have an example of a paragraph that you can't highlight?

Most pages in the Come Follow Me New Testament Manual. I find I can highlight an entire paragraph by right-clicking on it. Although I cannot highlight a partial paragraph. I cannot highlight anything (With some exceptions.) by left clicking and dragging my cursor.
