Did you mean to post this in the Windows Gospel Library sub-forum, rather than Android?

If the app is having issues launching after the W10 update, you might try resetting it via the Settings app in Windows 10.

I do not like the way the search results now show. The "scripture" results are not sequenced by the scripture text. Instead the scripture listings and Topical Guide listings seem to be randomly listed. When i am looking for a Book of Mormon result, i have to go through every listing, because it can be anywhere in the long list. Today, i wanted to find where Mary, the mother of Christ, was mentioned in the Book of Mormon. The Alma cite was in the middle of a long list and the Mosiah cite was near the end.

the search function has been on of the best parts of this app. this is a large step backwards.

Hi! I have loved using the Gospel Library app. It's awesome! I also thought it was cool how the logo changed so quickly while watching general conference.

I was wanting to suggest the ability to search within a talk or chapter, just like you can "search on this page" when on Google. It allows you to search within a book, but not within a specific location.

Thanks,

Brandyn

Actually I just realized that is already available! It went to the overall search page, and I hadn't seen "search ______ on this page" before. Thanks for putting that in!

Please, PLEASE, Please go back to REAL Narrators

I don’t know why you thought it would be a good idea to change the narrators of the scriptures to computer generated voices. I cannot listen anymore. They are creepy and I associate it with bad YouTube videos that have porn trolls or obscene images snuck in them. Please bring back real narrators. Especially Bruce Lindsey. But ANYTHING is better than those computer voices.

How are you having the scriptures read to you? I suspect you're using your devices text-to-speech rather than the readings the church offers.
