Im using ver 4.0.6.0
I cant seem to figure out how to download videos for offline use.
I believe Im using the latest ver.
It says in the help sec that the media ribbon for download only shows up on windows 10 which Im running.

any suggestions?

The specific quote in the help guide:

The media ribbon is only available on devices running the Windows 10 Anniversary Update or newer. If you aren't seeing the media ribbon, you will need to update Windows to use multimedia features in Gospel Library.

If you aren't seeing the media ribbon at the top of the screen between the Annotate and View ribbons, you aren't running (at least) the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, but an out of date version of Windows 10. You'll have to update Windows to use multimedia features.

Translated into numbers, I think that means Version 1607 or later. (You can use the Winver command to see it.)
