Changing Bounds of Previously Applied Highlight

#1

Post by RobRapp »

First of all, Thanks to all who have worked on this project. One question I have is how to change the bounds of a previously applied highlight. At the current time, I will either use the android version of the software or delete the highlight and apply a new highlight. Is there a better way to do this under the current version?

For the legacy version of the app (version 2.x), deleting and re-creating the highlight is the only way to change its size. In the current version built for Windows 10 (of the verge of leaving beta), you can change the size of a highlight by selecting a portion of text that contains the highlight, open the context menu by clicking on the hint bubble, select the annotation in the menu, then click "Resize". You can then adjust it to your heart's content, and click the checkmark that appears to finalize the change.
