Missionary tablet won't swipe

Been home for 4 months and my tablet still hasn't swiped. And still has church blocks on it. I've been connected to the internet since I've been home. Nothing has changed. Please help!

I believe if you ask your ward clerk to help you contact the Global Service Center, they will be able to make the change for you.
