Hi,

There are several sites that mention the tool for requesting Priesthood Line of Authority. The instructions state to send a blank email to lineofauthority@ldschurch.org. I have tried emailing this address twice now, but have not received a reply with the form I should fill out. Has the procedure changed?

I get the same result. No automatic email reply-three years later. If I find out what's going on, I'll post it.

I found this, but not sure if it works, yet.
Phone: 800-453-3860 ext 23500 then choose option 6, then option 3. After the message and tone leave a voice mail message with your fax number or mailing address. The form will be mailed to you.

Did you type PLA in the subject line?
