LDS Tools and iPod Touch

A member of our bishopric who uses LDS Tools on his iPod touch has noticed that over the past 6 months or so syncing isn't working. The device appears to sync, but the data doesn't refresh. Anyone experiencing anything similar? What can be done?
Edit: Never mind. He reset all of his data, and everything is working.
