Unable to Download

When trying to download Member Tools (Beta version) from any source, I get a notice that it is already installed. I have completed several searches of the files on my Android pad that do not locate Member Tools. LDS Tools was on the pad but I deleted it prior to attempting to install Member Tools

Do you have multiple user accounts enabled on your device?

There is only one account on my pad.

Is your pad on an Android version prior to 5.0? If so, Member Tools will not function on it as I understand. I have a Samsung tablet running Android 4.4 and (former) LDSTools became unusable as it would not sync to update the data.

I have Android 5.1.1

Could the problem be that I have two devices that are synced together? One is a smart phone and the other a pad, both are Android 5.1.1.
