Cannot Contact for support
Why does LDS Tools work on my desktop and Samsung Tablet but not on my Samsung Cell Phone? Of course there is no way to start a chat or call someone too work it out

What version of Android is your Samsung cell phone running? LDS Tools for Android requires Android 5 or newer.
