Edit feature gone?

Currently serving in a position that allowed me to edit some membership fields in app (phone, e-mail). Now I don't see that feature. Has it been removed, changed in appearance, or am I just not seeing it?

After doing a sync I'm only able to edit information for my own household. I can still see addition membership information not available without an appropriate calling so it must still have my callings correct.
I have no idea why but from another thread it sounds like a similar thing has happened on the iPhone side as well so I assume it isn't accidental. But I have no idea why editing should be removed and still be able to view sensitive information. If they are concerned with privacy or security then it seems viewing that info would be blocked too.
