Member listed twice in LDS Tools

Hi,

I'm the ward clerk trying to resolve an issue for a member. He recently changed wards, but he is showing up on LDS Tools twice, once in the previous ward and once in his new ward.

What needs to happen to resolve that?

First, I'd try another sync, just to make sure.

Second, I'd look into the possibility that the member has a duplicate record.

Is he showing up twice in your LDS Tool, or is he seeing two different wards in his?

And check if either ward has an out-of-unit record instead of the actual membership record.

I've synced several times and the issue still exists.

He's showing up in LDS Tools in both wards, but he only appears once on www.lds.org and he's in his correct ward.

I have the same issue I am trying to resolve it. Did you get it fuxed

You might to contact the GSD for help, although there is a merge function in LCR, if the records are both showing in LCR in the same ward that is.
