The official communication dated December 14, 2018 indicates "In addition, young men will be eligible for ordination to the appropriate priesthood office in January of the year they tum 12, 14, and 16."

I used to be able to go to the young man's membership listing and add an ordination on the ordinances tab. It looks like I can’t do that with 11 year old ordinations. Is there another method to record an ordination?

You can also select Membership > Ordinances from the menu. However, adding it from the Ordinance page of the member profile works for me too.

I just checked with one of my 11-year-old deacons who is about to be ordained. I see the "Add Priesthood Ordination" link on the ordinances tab and get prompted to record a deacon ordination when I click on that link.
