Unable to run reports showing Ministering Brothers and Sister

Under the Create a Report function, I am trying to run a report that will show all members and their Ministering Brothers and Sisters. When I run the report, the columns Ministering Brother or Sister comes up blank for everyone and the column Has Ministering Brother or Sister comes up with a No for everyone. We have, of course, assignments for the majority of our members to have or be Ministering Brothers or Sisters.

Is this just a glitch in the reporting structure or is something not linked correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

The report already exists in the Ministering menu item rather than in the Reports menu item. Select Ministering and then Ministering Assignments. Once there the report can be filtered.
