When can we expect the ability to add the Laurels and Miamaids as companions? Or is there something I am not doing?

When you go to look at the Ministering Sisters report, there is a blue box at the top. That box indicates (if I read it correctly) that the ability to assign Mia Maids and Laurels as ministering sisters will begin 1 August 2018.
