Birthday list of individuals assigned to HP

I need to make a birthday list comprised of individuals that are home taught by High Priests. Does anyone know of a clever way to accomplish this?
I can get a birthday list of everyone in the ward or filtered by organization, but not filtered by home teaching organization. I can get a list of households taught by HP, but not a list of all the individuals and their birthdays.

The closest report you will find is the Home Teaching and Visiting Teaching Report, which is usually printed, cut up into districts, and handed out to companionships. This is the only way home teachers will know of the birthdays of those in their HT families.
