It would be great to be able to request a date range for home teaching reports. Currently the only option for a list of those who haven't been home taught over a certain time frame is 3 months. That is actually a good time frame for the data we are interested in looking at in each PEC, but there is one problem. HT reports aren't entered until somewhere between the 1st and the 13th of the following month. So, when I print off a report for the last three months we are already into an new calendar month that I have no data for and it is thinking that no one was visited for that month. So what is supposed to be a 3 month report on who hasn't been visited is really a two month report because there is no data for the current calendar month entered.
One might suggest printing it off before the end of the month. Problem is the EQ and HP leadership won't have their data ready to submit by then and people may still be doing their visits on the last day of the month (Wait! People wait until the last day of the month to visit?!?!?). So, even if I do print it off before the end of the month, the last month of data on the report is going to be essentially blank and I will still only get 2 months of good data on what is supposed to be a 3 month report. We've been working with what we have and just realizing it is a report of those who haven't been taught in the last two months.
A feature we would love is to have a drop down menu that allows us to decide how many months we want to run the data on for a report on who hasn't been home taught in that time period. The 'Birthday List' in the reports section of LCR is a good example of how this might work. We pick when we want to start running the data and for how many months to let it run. We could leave the default settings to what is being reported now, but allow for customization for those who are looking for a different data set.
If I'm missing something, and this feature is already there, I apologize for wasting your time. Please walk me through it. I'm still finding new features in LCR each week.

Go to the Households tab
Click the Options button
Select the check mark for Households Not Visited
Adjusted number of months using the slider
