Add aaronic priesthood holder as home teaching companion

I can't see how to add Aaronic Priesthood holders (14+) as home teaching companions. Is this possible?

I can add Aaronic Priesthood holders. On the Home Teaching page of Leader and Clerk Resources, Companionships tab, click the edit button on the right side of a companionship. Click the "Add New Companion" link on the left side and start typing the last name of the Aaronic Priesthood holder and then select him from the list.

I am the Ward clerk but don't know what callings are allowed to make these changes.

Note that he needs to be ordained a teacher or a priest. Leader and Clerk Resources won't let you assign a deacon to a home teaching companionship, even if he's 14 years or older.
