Went to print a Aaronic Priesthood Ordination certificate and printing is incorrect. At first both the font and the spacing was incorrect. Restarted both computer and printer. Correct font now there, but now is cutting off the top of the characters on most of the lines. Windows 10 machine and Xerox Phase 3250 printer. Has been working fine previously in both MLS and LCR.

I am having a similar problem. Certificates have printed fine in the past but now the bold areas such as "Blessing" or the name are being cut off at the top. Any suggestions?

We are also having this problem with our Windows 7 computer. I was able to print it properly with my ipad. Are there fonts we need to download to get it print properly. It is cutting of the tops of the letters...

Could be a browser issue. I was not having this problem when I would print certificates but the other clerk was. I realized that the other clerk was using the Firefox browser while I was Microsoft edge or explorer.

Sure enough when I log in to leadership and clerk resources and print a certificate in Firefox, I saw the printing issue. When I logged into lcr in Microsoft edge or explorer printing was normal.

So I believe the font cut off issue has to do with the browser you are using.

I wonder if zoom level could be a factor? Try Ctrl-zero to reset zoom to 100%. There's a number of oddities that can creep in when the zoom is not 100.

Tried the zoom level and auto-fit settings didn't help. But like markarena tried in Exlporer and worked fine. Was using Firefox due to Edge not being available with the account I log into the system with (and the fact that I dislike Explorer and would much rather be able to install Chrome). But either way workaround is there.
