Customized Officers Sustained Form?

A useful feature would be the ability to customize the Officers Sustained Form used in ward conferences to delete selected organizations which do not exist in the ward. For example, a YSA Ward or a Mid Singles Ward does not have Primary, YM/YW, High Priest Group, etc. The same holds true for a ward/branch in a retirement home that consists only of older members.

As a workaround, we either cross off the unrelated organizations (which is messy), or we copy the entire PDF into a word document (which loses the formatting) and edit out the unrelated organizations. Thanks!
