Internal error when logging into missionary.lds.org

#1

Post by robdwilson »

I get the below error when trying to log into the missionary recommendation system:

Internal error (no Exception to report)
RequestURI=/content/mportal.html
Servlet= /apps/mportal/components/pages/base/base.jsp
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ApacheSling/2.3 (jetty/8.1.14.v20131031, Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 1.7.0_111, Linux 2.6.32-642.11.1.el6.x86_64 amd64)

Any idea what this issue is? Is this something on my end or an lds.org problem?
Both the bishop and the young man get the same error from different computers.

Thanks,
Rob

Same! I've had my papers for a few weeks and I'm trying to move the info to online! Let me know if you figure it out

No one here can give you a solution. This is a user-to-user forum. Your best approach is to work with your bishop and your ward and stake clerks who can communicate with the Global Service Center to get the problem identified to the developers who will resolve it as quickly as possible.
