Yes, but isn't 6.12.12 specific to brethren who were excommunicated? The brother in my ward had his name removed, and was not excommunicated.

The very end of section 6.14.4 indicates that ordinations for readmission after name removal is handled the same as after excommunication.

I have a same problem... but i cannot find the name after given the membership record number. The member was already re baptized.
