Email entered into LCR isn't showing up in MLS

We have found some in our stake that have emails listed in LCR (also visible on LDStools) but doesn't appear in MLS. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this may be?

Have you checked to see what the privacy settings are? It's possible that certain settings will cause the email not to go to MLS. (MLS has no concept of privacy).

You might also try a unit refresh. It's possible that sync was broken for a time and all changes during that time never made it to MLS. A refresh would fix that.

Did you find a solution to this? I'm having a similar problem. Specifically, the member's individual email address appears in LCR but not in MLS.
