Go to lds.org, click on the drop down list and select "Patriarchal Blessing". It may be on-line. If not, it will walk you though the steps.

Yes, you can sign in to LDS.org, click on "my account and ward" in the top right, and then select patriarchal blessings. It should walk you through getting another copy of yours.

Looks like they still haven't fixed this bug. I got a notification today saying
"Dear Ward Clerk, This is an automated message from the Patriarchal Blessing Submission System. The blessing for ####, #### requires membership updates to be applied to MLS." There are no specific instructions. Very confusing email.

Here is the reply I received May 9, 2018 from the Patriarchal Blessing System Team:

Dear Brother,

You can go ahead and ignore this notification. It appears that it was sent in error. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

I just got this exact email. I see nothing in PBSS to correct but did follow protocol as suggested above with preferred name fields.

I just received this message tonight almost 3 years after this original post. I'll probably ignore it. The message provides no guidance.
