Stake Callings not in sync with CDOL on lds.org

I was reviewing some changes in stake callings that affected our ward members and observed something strange. A ward member who just received a stake calling did not show up in lds.org/directory as did others with the same calling.

This is our stake directory on lds.org/directory. The area in red does not appear in CDOL. Instead, all these appear under Other Callings. The newly-called person appears under Other Callings instead of one of the categories in the red box. According to this post, the online directory gets its data from CDOL. I looked at our stake's entry in CDOL and I don't see all the categories in the red box.

LDS Tools shows it as you see it in CDOL, but lds.org/directory doesn't. Is our stake's data just messed up? Is this something due to the transition between MLS and LCR callings? I really prefer the way we see it with more top-level headings, but apparently, that's not how it's supposed to work? I don't know how we got them. I'm a ward assistant clerk, but I was chatting with the stake clerk about this, as I thought maybe the new calling was entered incorrectly. He's baffled, too.

When you look at our stake, every calling you see clicking on one of the top-level items in the red box is shown in CDOL under Other Callings. How did we get them to be top-level callings?

This is a general issue based on when the calling was added. See this thread for a discussion including comments by the CDOL developer. It sounds like there will probably eventually be a fix that moves all these callings under 'Other Callings'.
