Does anyone know the maximum number of words that can be sent in an email blast to all stake members? Also, it seems whenever we use quotation marks in an email to stake members the text editing function does not recognize quotation marks so other characters are input in their place.

If those quotation marks are real quotation marks they should work. If they are the 'improved' ones that Microsoft Word automatically replaces them with they cause problems.
